  • 1 cup cabbage or chard well compact stems removed, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, coarsely chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves

Preparation:

Combine cabbage, apple, ripe banana, leaves of parsley and 2 ¼ cups water in a blender. Mix until smooth preparation is achieved, if you still consider too thick, add a little water. This is a super healthy vegetable smoothie with a highly nutritious and detoxifying of only 105 calories. Makes 2 servings.

Smoothie mango and coconut water

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper powder

Preparation:

Place these ingredients in blender and blend until it forms a smooth mixture. This is a really tasty smoothie, healthy and light, with a contribution of 159 calories. Makes 2 servings.

Orange and berry smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Preparation:

Mix the chopped oranges with blueberries and raspberries in a blender until a smooth liquid. Ready! The contribution of this delicious shake is 132 calories. Makes 2 servings.

Shake cucumber, melon and mint

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • ½ honeydew melon, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pear juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients listed in a blender until smooth. A combination of flavors as exotic as tasty awaits you in this liquid detox just 134 calories.
